The main cardiovascular manifestations and potential pathogenesis of Kleefstra syndrome. Kleefstra syndrome features diverse cardiac defects like structural abnormalities, arrhythmias, valve issues, cardiomyopathy, and coronary anomalies. The pathophysiological mechanisms are currently unclear, and further research is needed to elucidate the role of the EHMT1 in the cardiovascular system.
