From: Eosinophilic myocarditis in dilated cardiomyopathy: a case report

Cardiac MRI images exhibited an enlarged heart mainly with the right atrium and left ventricle enlargement, a few punctate and linear low-signal perfusion defect areas can be seen in the basal part of the ventricular septum and part of the free wall myocardium of the left ventricle, and there is a small amount of pericardial effusion
